Thanks for your help though! Helped me eliminate my PSU as the culprit! I changed my macro accordingly and now all seems to work fine.
#LEAGUE OF LEGENDS DOWNLOAD RESTARTED .EXE#
The problem has not occured again since I started using the correct *exe (that is just a link to the Riot Client with the League logo slapped onto it). I always start League through a G-Key on my Keyboard (G910) and it seems I had linked a wrong *exe to the macro since sometimes when this happened and I restarted League it looked like the old legacy client up until the point where I was logged in. That's what I suspected as well at first and I tried an old one that I had lying around from the time before I upgraded my GPU to the 1070.
#LEAGUE OF LEGENDS DOWNLOAD RESTARTED DRIVERS#
Running the latest version of Windows, aswell as drivers and so on. If it is of any help here are my exact specs: I don't want to ruin my and anyone elses ranked queue because I can't load the game. I played hours and hours of Cyberpunk and Civ VI without any problems - it's only League that doesn't work properly. I also suspected too high of a spike in power usage that made the PC restart but this isn't really feasible as I upgraded from an 88W CPU to a 65W one, nothing else changed (well except MB and RAM ofc) so this couldn't be it, could it? I finished a game and hopped right back into queue just to have my PC restart again when trying to load into the next game. somehow? It ran fine for a few days up until just now. Then i started playing around with some BIOS settings and changed the mode for all of my case aswell as CPU fans from "silent mode" to "performance mode" as I had read this might be the cause of overheating (I didn't think it'd work as my CPU never got hotter than 75☌ even in an extended AIDA64 stress-test, GPU is a 1070 and never reached even 70°c in Furmark) and surprisingly - it worked. I tried repairing aswell as reinstalling League - nothing seemed to work.

No windows message or something like that. As soon as champion select was over and the loading screen was supposed to start, my screens went black and the PC restarted itself as if I had pressed the reset switch. Everything seemed to work normal at first, until I tried to start a game of League. I installed a fresh copy of Windows with all my programs and games including League. A few days ago i upgraded my system to B550 + 5600x.
